Shipping Methods

Please make sure to read all shipping options prior placing an order.

  • Full payment is required before pickups, meetups or ship-out of an item. Exemption to this rule are Shopee Checkouts.
  • Please note that all payments must be made through our selected payment methods.
  • Shipping fee to be shouldered by the customer unless "Free shipping was specified".
Available Shipping Methods:
  • In Store Pickups - Recommended!
    • Waze/Google Pin: Project OGRE Toys & Hobbies
    • Needs to be scheduled at least 24 hours prior pick up time/date.
    • Operating Hours:
      • Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 6pm
    • Get a free sticker or sometimes, even a surprise random freebie!
  • On Demand Delivery Apps 
    • Fastest shipping method, receive the item within the day.
    • We may also ask you to book it from your end for more accurate shipping pin and avoid inaccurate deliveries.
    • Available Delivery Apps in the area: 
      • Grab
      • Lalamove
      • Angkas
    • Item will be packed with Bubble wrap + Fragile Tape/Label
    • Bulk or bigger items will be placed in a box + weather proofing if needed.
    • Lalamove only insures 2,000 pesos per parcel. Use them at your own risk.
    • Grab insures up to 50,000 per parcel depending on the amount declared.
    • Both Angkas and TokTok has no coverage in case loss of parcel.
    • via Gogo Xpress - Recommended!
      • We will book this for you.
      • Delivery may take 1-3 business days for Greater Manila Area and 3-7 business days for other locations.
      • Shipping Fees will be calculated once the item is ready for ship out.
        • Message us for any possible shipping fee estimate.
      • All parcels processed through will be prepared and packed in sturdy shipping boxes and/or packaging materials to help prevent damage while in transit.
        • Custom made boxes are available and free only if available.
        • Courier boxes can be also purchased at customer's cost if needed.
      • GoGoXpress will insure your parcel depending on the exact value of the item - which we truthfully enter during the shipping process.
      • LBC - Temporarily not available
        • COD and COP are available (shipping fees only)
        • Kindly inform us if you'd like to have your item insured or not.
          • Some customers prefers not to declare the full amount to save more on shipping. Use this at your own risk.
        • Shipping fees will be provided once the item is shipped out.

        • Please expect longer lead time as the nearest LBC Branch is a bit far from our place.
            • Shopee Checkout
              • Only use this if you're willing to take the risk.
                • In case of damage or loss of package, Shopee will only reimburse you the amount you paid for. 
                • Hence, we will NOT be able to refund your deposit or any amount in case of damage or loss via Shopee.
              • Due to rising cost on Shopee's transaction and commission fees, Shopee Checkouts will now have an additional 8% transaction fee on top of the balance for Preordered and some retail items.
              • Requires a Shopee account and an additional 8% transaction fee on top of the balance.

                Total Balance to be paid 2700
              • You can still use your vouchers and coins to get more discounts. 
              • COD is available as payment option.
              • Please note that we may charge an extra fee for packaging if items are bigger than usual. We will advise as soon as the item arrives.

              IMPORTANT!!!

              • We will no be held liable for any damage, or loss that may occur once a parcel is in transit. Any claims for loss, refund, or reimbursement must be raised by the buyer to the courier. 
              • Please give us more patience when packaging and shipping out your items as aside from this business, we also have full time jobs.
              • We are good humans to like minded individuals. We reserve the right to cancel an order on certain difficult circumstances.
