“Choice” Prizes: If a prize is labeled as “Choice,” the selection will depend on current availability. You’ll have 24 hours to choose your preferred item once notified. Failure to decide within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.

Gift Certificate Prizes:
• Applicable only to in-stock items
• Redeemable at SRP (Suggested Retail Price)
• Not valid on preorders, discounted items, or special bundles

Prize Condition: Prizes may be brand new or repacked from sealed inventory, depending on availability. Rest assured, all items are in excellent condition and complete. However, perfect box condition is not guaranteed — some may show minor dents, scratches, or shelf wear from handling or shipping.

Prize Finality:
• Prizes are final and cannot be transferred, replaced, or converted to cash or store credit
• No substitutions or trades will be accommodated

Claiming Your Prize:
• Prizes can only be claimed via Lalamove, Grab, SPX, or Gogo Xpress
• Shopee checkout is not allowed for prize claims
• Shipping fees must be shouldered by the winner

Prize Claim Deadline: Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of winner announcement. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and the winning entry marked as void.

Shipping Liability: Once the prize is handed over to the courier, Project OGRE is no longer liable for any loss or damage in transit. Any issues must be reported directly to the courier’s customer service.
